I’ve been working on adding Google Analytics to my website this week. If you want to add analytics to your website, here are my instructions<\/a> on how to add the analytics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Not gonna lie, this was not easy. It took me around an hour to complete. Which I hope takes you less time than it took me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n My biggest issue was that I hadn’t verified my age in my Google account, so I kept getting an error message. This took me 20 minutes to find out what the problem was. Then I verified my age, and things started to go smoother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The next place I got stuck was when I had to go to the plugin section on the website. I couldn’t find where to add the new plugin because I’m on a student website, and that feature isn’t available. Instead of adding a new one, I only have about 17 pre-approved plugins. So I had to go through them and find the specific Google one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Once I got over these issues, it was smooth sailing. I hope my issues don’t happen to you.
