This course joins <em>Technical Editing<\/em> as the second of FIU&#8217;s newest ultra-professional, career-oriented offerings, with more classes soon to come. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Malesh had this to say about his new ENC course: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;Writing on the web isn&#8217;t especially complicated &#8211; but it isn&#8217;t always easy.  It&#8217;s a particular tool set that students can use to make their writing more attractive, concise, and usable on the Internet.  It&#8217;s a lot of work, but it&#8217;s also a lot of fun!&#8221; <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>As of 2022, Writing for the Web has an ENC-4930 Special Topics designation, but the class will likely be a regular 3000-level offering starting in the Spring of 2023.
