My name is Alex, and this is my ENC 1101/Writing and Rhetoric 1 Portfolio. The Portfolio is arranged in the following categories:
- Course Reflection: this is a letter giving insight on the learning outcomes for this class, as well a breakdown of some of the writing works in this portfolio
- Personal Writing Theory: in here you will find what was our Unit 2 Project: Making Claims About Writing. The category contains the 4 different claims about writing we were asked to develop:
- Trusting The Process Instead of Relying on Inspiration
- Effectiveness of Using Personal Stories in Academic Writing
- Supporting Our Claims With Meaningful Reasons
- The Importance of Giving Credit and Avoiding Plagiarism. These claims have been remediated, making it easier to engage with the content
- Picture of the Writer: this category includes three artifacts that illustrate my writing process, as well as the rhethorical awareness I gained thanks to this class:
