About Statement

This portfolio will follow my work as I learn to create an online portfolio that doesn’t look like my high school self-made one. My portfolio will showcase work throughout my spring 2026 semester. I started by making an author biography and this about statement. I then moved on to write a review and a free write. Then I learned how to include a blog, gallery, video, sounds, and a UX report. Lastly, I incorporated writing about analytics, social media, promoting, and SEO revisions. To complement the portfolio, there will also be a meta-critical analysis, where I analyze my work so far.

Through these assignments, I will learn concise copywriting, content strategy, SEO awareness, and writing for accessibility. I am particularly interested in how effective web writing can inform, persuade, and enhance user experience. This portfolio reflects both my growth as a digital writer and my commitment to producing purposeful, audience-focused content through bookish, travel, and lifestyle content.
