Our laboratory is located on the second floor of the Deuxieme Maison (labeled DM on map) building on the Modesto A. Maidique campus of Florida International University. The building is gold and blue building and located to the west of the Graham Center. There are elevators available. There is free parking next to the building.

From Miami International Airport or Downtown Miami – via 836
Take 836 (Dolphin Expressway) West
Exit onto 826 (Palmetto Expressway) South
Immediately get into the right lane
Exit at SW 8th Street (Tamiami Trail) –West
Turn left onto 112th Avenue
From Homestead, the Doral or Weston – via the Florida Turnpike
Take the Florida Turnpike
Exit at SW 8th Street (East)
Head East and stay in the right lane
Turn right onto 112th Avenue
From Ft. Lauderdale or Boca Raton – via I-95
Take I-95 South to 863 West
Take 836 West to the Florida Turnpike South
Head South and exit at SW 8th Street (East)
Head East and stay in the right lane
Turn right onto 112th Avenue
From Ft. Lauderdale or Boca Raton – via the Turnpike
Take the Florida Turnpike South
Exit at SW 8th Street (East)
Head East and stay in the right lane

From SW 8th Street to DM Room 248
To find our free parking next to the DM building, take SW 8th St and turn into the FIU Main Entrance. Make the first right onto University Dr. (at the traffic circle). Turn left onto Panther Way (SW 14th St., at the four way stop by the dormitories). Make the second left into a small parking lot, and use any of the four reserved “Psychology Labs” parking spaces.
From SW 117th Avenue to DM Room 248
To find our free parking next to the DM building, take SW 117th Ave and turn into the 17th St FIU Entrance. Turn left onto SW 113th Ave/University Drive (at the football stadium, which will be on your right). Turn right onto Panther Way (SW 14th St.). Make the second left into a small parking lot, and use any of the four reserved “Psychology Labs” parking spaces.
From SW 107th Avenue to DM Room 248
To find our free parking next to the DM building, from the SW 16th St FIU Entrance, turn left onto SW 17th St. Turn right at SW 113th Ave/University Drive (at the football stadium, which will be on your left). Turn right onto Panther Way (SW 14th St.). Make the second left into a small parking lot, and use any of the four reserved “Psychology Labs” parking spaces.
Parents may either call us from the parking space and we’ll meet them out there with the parking pass, or they can just come in and we’ll take the pass out to their car.
Walking directions from Psychology Labs parking space: Walk onto the sidewalk opposite the space, walk forward into the gold painted building “Deuxieme Maison” (DM on Map), Room #248 (second floor).
