The Administration for Community Living has funded the Healthy Work Lab for 3 years to continue to deliver the Ready to Lead training. Our funding will allow us to ensure our training uses Universal Design for Learning principles and accessible for all learners. We can’t wait to work with our incredible Advisory Board and FIU Embrace partners to enhance the employment experience of persons with disabilities in our community!

The Healthy Work Lab has partnered with FIU Embrace once more to obtain $1.5 million in grant funds from the Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities! We will develop a Ready to Work career readiness program for our incredible FIU Embrace young adults with developmental disabilities.
