Ready to Lead is a grant-funded, four-week training program designed for supervisors of persons with disabilities. It serves as a pillar of the employment initiative at FIU Embrace Center for Advancing Inclusive Communities.

The Ready to Lead training program was a key element of the nomination for the prestigious ESSL Foundations Zero Project Awards 2025. Our submission made the #Zero Project25 Shortlist comprised of the top 160 innovative solutions
from among 61 countries (Top 20 in the U.S.) addressing the theme of Inclusive Employment and Information Communication Technologies.
